Shaman is composed of a blend of nine shamanic herbs of our territory: hawthorn, St. John’s worth, rue, mistletoe and others. We macerated all the herbs in beer and honey for a lunation, then dried them and added three resins (benjamin, olibanum and storax). The result is a blend that burns with a peculiar dense smoke. (We talk about the process in this article.)

The smoke of certain herbs has always played a great role in the shamanic pathway and traditional sorcery, and often ease the contact with those liminal Spirits that can give insights, signs during the practice of divination, and help the shamanic journey. Furthermore the smoke of herbs and resins is often used to awake the Spirits that dwell inside herbs and bones, or to reveal the inner character of a fetiche and its Spirit.
